4. Fee: NTD 450 ( 250 for test and 200 for license issued)
5. Qualified by written/road test

Car LicenseThe following description is for the regular light vehicle

Learning permit issuance &Necessary Documentations

1. R.O.C.-I.D. card, or A.R.C. (must be originals and criteria is listed above)
2. Driver's license registration form (must pass physical examination & physical ability examination)
3. Three identical recent 1-inch bust front view photo, bareheaded, on glossy paper (including physical examination)
4. Fee: NTD 100 for learning permit issued and 150~200 for hospital physical examination & physical ability examination)

Written/Site&Road Test &Necessary Documentations

1. R.O.C.-I.D. card, or A.R.C. (must be originals and criteria is listed above)
2. Driver's license registration form (must pass physical examination & physical ability examination)
3. One recent 1-inch bust front view photo, bareheaded, on glossy paper, identical to photo on Driver's license registration form
4. Learning permit (or car driver's license) valid for more than 3 months
5. Qualified by the written/site and road test
6. Written test and site test valid for one year
