Inspection for reissue of license plate registration of private sedan sized cars or motorcycles which are lost cancellation or hand in for cancellation

Necessary Documentations

• The original "new license plate registration form" (for relevant car or motorcycle).
• The original "alternation form" (for relevant car or motorcycle).
• The newly issued "new license plate registration form" (2 copies for the relevant car or motorcycle).
• Motor compulsory insurance certificate (for relevant vehicle or motorcycle - validity no less than 30 days).
• Owner's I.D. card and seal/chop/stamp.
