The Highway Bureau is committed to provincial highway engineering, highway transportation management and highway supervision, simplifying administration and facilitating the people. The business scope is divided into three categories: road engineering, road transportation and road supervision, providing convenient and safe services for the public.

Payment Methods

  • A service fee will be charged for each payment (calculated by vehicle no. and year) using a credit card. For the actual amount of service fee, contact the card issuing bank.
  • Pay via by the Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service (MVDIS) website (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw/m3-emv-eng/) or MVDIS APP.
  • Please bring the payment notice of Fuel Fee to financial institutes, post offices, convinience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Hi-Life, OK-Mart) or Motor Vehicles Offices for paying Fuel Fee.
  • Make payment via telephone transfer (transfer hotline: 412-1366 , then dial your user code + 169#) by following the voice instructions to enter the relevant info. 
  • Use a debit card of any bank to make payment at an ATM.
  • If you hold a demand deposit account with any financial institution, you may apply for automatic payment by transfer. You only need to fill out the agreement on authorized payment by transfer of vehicle fuel fees, as attached to the payment notice, and put it an envelope with stamps and mail it to the local supervisory unit. Payment will be automatically deducted from your account starting from the next period.
