On June 24, 2013, Jizhixing Company conducted driver education training (including topics such as intersection stopping and services for the physically and visually impaired) at the company's vehicle maintenance yard, and invited representatives from the Taoyuan City Private Spinal Cord Injury Potential Development Center to give lectures. .

In addition to having instructors ask trainees (passenger transport drivers) to actually serve wheelchair passengers on and off the bus, this educational training also invites trainees to switch positions and play the role of wheelchair passengers. By switching identities, drivers can be more empathetic to the needs of wheelchair passengers. Drills on "confirming the difference between vehicles" were also carried out on site, hoping that drivers would stop at intersections with their actions, words and heart, and jointly protect traffic safety.

Stopping at intersections is very important for pedestrian safety. Everyone may be a pedestrian after getting off the car, and everyone has the responsibility to maintain pedestrian safety. Vehicles in the passenger transport industry drive fixed routes and are frequent users of the road. Drivers need to develop a sound concept of stopping at intersections to improve safety. In addition, in addition to basic driving safety, drivers in the passenger transport industry must also possess a variety of knowledge and skills to improve passenger transport services, including operational procedures and techniques for "serving wheelchair users, visually impaired friends, and people with dementia".
