Highway Usage, Maintenance, and Safety Management Charges(formerly Fuel Fee)

Payment Methods

Credit Card: A service fee applies to each payment (calculated per vehicle and year). Please contact your issuing bank for details.
Online & Mobile: Pay via the Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service (MVDIS) website (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw) or the MVDIS app.
InPerson: Present your payment notice at financial institutions, post offices, convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK-Mart), or any Motor Vehicle Office.
Telephone Transfer: Call the hotline at 412-1366 or 41-1366 (enter user code 169#) and follow the voice prompts.
ATM: Payments can be made at any ATM using a debit card.
Automatic Deduction: If you have a demand deposit account, you may apply for automatic transfers. Complete the "Authorized Highway Usage, Maintenance, and Safety Management Charges Payment Agreement" and mail it to your local motor vehicle office. Deductions will begin in the next billing period.
