The Highway Bureau is committed to provincial highway engineering, highway transportation management and highway supervision, simplifying administration and facilitating the people. The business scope is divided into three categories: road engineering, road transportation and road supervision, providing convenient and safe services for the public.
Service Items
  1. Applicants who participate in the written exam or road test for vehicle and motorcycle driving licenses shall follow the regulations below. If there is any violation, the examiner or test administrator is entitled to reject the applicant from participating in the exam or test.
  2. Please bring the driving license registration form, proof of learning experience, I.D. card, or other relevant documents (including a photo) with you for verification. Applicants must participate in the test at the specified time.
  3. Bare feet, nudity, and wearing clogs are not allowed.
  4. No smoking, chewing betel nuts, drinking, or using drugs, narcotics, or stimulants.
  5. When applying for a driving license test, no refund request will be granted for missing the test if there is no objection to the testing time during registration.
  6. Please make sure you understand the standard of point deduction on the testing items and the test procedures.
  7. For the purpose of resolving test disputes and providing evidence for accidents, the entire test process will be recorded.
  8. The road test will only start after the applicant signs the evaluation sheet.
  9. If the point deduction accumulates to more than 30 points during the field test or road test, the examiner will inform the applicant of the failure and termination of the test. The applicant must then park the car safely, get off, and sit in the back seat.
  10. No fraud, insulting, or bribing of the examiner, test administrator, or testing unit is allowed.
  11. Applicants who participate in the road test must complete the test items according to the law and take responsibility for their driving behavior. Examiners are only responsible for assessment and are not obliged to tutor applicants' driving behavior.
