Required Documents:

• New License Plate Registration Form (2 copies for private sedan-sized cars or motorcycles). 
• Manufacturer's Certificate (for the relevant vehicle or motorcycle). 
• Customs Import Certificate (for imported cars), Cargo Tax Payment Certificate, or Tax Waiver Certificate. 
• Supplier's Invoice (locally produced vehicles must clearly state both the body serial number and the engine number; imported vehicles should clearly state either one). 
• Motor Compulsory Insurance Certificate (for the relevant vehicle or motorcycle).
