Necessary Documentations

• The new license plate registration form (2 copies for private sedan sized cars or motorcycles).
• Manufacture certificate (of relevant vehicle or motorcycle).
• Customs import certificate (imported cars), cargo tax payment certificate, or tax waiver certificate.
• Supplier's invoice (locally produced vehicle must clearly state both the body serial number and the engine number; imported vehicle should clearly state either one).
• Motor compulsory insurance certificate (for relevant vehicle or motorcycle).
