Inspection for reissuance of license plate registration for private sedan-sized cars or motorcycles that were either lost, canceled, or handed in for cancellation.

Required Documents:

• The original "New License Plate Registration Form" (for the relevant car or motorcycle).
• The original "Alteration Form" (for the relevant car or motorcycle).
• The newly issued "New License Plate Registration Form" (2 copies for the relevant car or motorcycle).
• Motor Compulsory Insurance Certificate (for the relevant vehicle or motorcycle, valid for at least 30 days).
• Owner's ID card and seal/chop/stamp.
